Why this has to exist
Nearly everything the sector needs now exists. Except the founders.
Britain is rearming, and it needs to build its own defence companies to do it. The people most able to build them - the veterans and reservists who have operated the problems first-hand - are the least equipped to start one. That mismatch is the single biggest constraint on sovereign defence-tech, and nothing today is built to fix it.
